Choosing a coach

Lessons at Guri Riding Club are taught by coaches who include a former national reserve team rider and certified riding instructors. Coach Lee Jinwon was selected for the eventing national reserve team in 2024 and has twice won A Class (130 cm) at the President's Cup National Equestrian Championship. Lessons with a chosen coach carry a coach selection fee per lesson.

Horse owner (livery) members keep their own horse at Guri Riding Club. You can take lessons with a club coach or use livery only. For safety, owners always ride with a coach, whether a club coach or an outside coach.

Photo sessions

Take photos with a horse against the arena, white fences, the metasequoia avenue and the woods. Wedding and couple shoots, profile and editorial shoots, and family or anniversary photos are all possible. No riding experience is needed.

  • You arrange your own photographer.
  • Photos on horseback are taken with a coach holding the horse.
  • Flash and strobe lighting are not allowed, as they can startle the horse.

If your schedule varies
With a 10-lesson pass you book the days you want within the validity period. Most regular riders choose this.
10-lesson pass
Thoroughbred or Warmblood
Our Thoroughbreds are retired racehorses and the core of our lessons. Warmbloods were bred in Europe for riding; they are larger with a longer stride, which suits dressage practice. You choose the breed when you buy a pass.

If you come on the same day each week
We recommend monthly membership. You ride with the same coach, so you progress steadily.
